Mr Mohsin is LLM with certification in legislative drafting. He has more than 30 years of legal professional experience as lawyer, law teacher, public law counsel and legal consultant. He has served on different positions including acting Secretary Law Punjab, MD PPRA Punjab, Senior Consultant in Ministry of Law and as Senior Legal 
Consultant in the Privatization Commission. He has drafted many laws and has many law-related publications. He is a resource person for the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services and other leading institutions for public policy and law. He is also engaged by different international organizations and INGOs as trainer and author of legal instruments. Legislation, constitution, administrative law, public 
procurement, transparency, law & development, good governance and parliamentary practices and procedures are main areas of his interest.

Mohsin Abbas Syed

Imran Khan is a social development practitioner with an expertise in peacebuilding programs and US-Pakistan relations. He is the former Country Director of the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), an organization he led in Pakistan from October 2022 to July 2025. As the Pakistan Country Director of USIP, a US-Congress mandated think tank based in Washington, Imran oversaw an extensive portfolio of programs that entailed reforms in civilian security sector, particularly police, and improvement in governance. He directly worked with the US Government agencies USAID, INL and the DRL, helping inform policy on police reforms, preventing violent conflict and social development.

Before he joined USIP, Imran managed the civil society portfolio at Alif Ailaan (Transforming Education in Pakistan), a British Government FCDO-funded campaign for education reforms, to improve enrolment, retention and quality of primary education in the country and to create political will for education reforms. 

Imran has consulted for UNDP, DAI, WaterAid and King’s College London on various research and evaluation projects. 

A Chevening Scholar, Imran completed his Masters in Anthropology and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He was also a Fellow at Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and an alumnus of IVLP exchange program of State Department. He served as adjunct faculty at History Department, Quaid e Azam University, Islamabad.

Currently, Imran is based in the US where he does consultancy work on social development and international affairs.

Mary James Gill is a rights lawyer, activist, former legislator, and policy researcher. She is currently heading the Center for Law & Justice (CLJ), minority-led policy research, advocacy, and development organization, working for disadvantaged communities and groups. She is also the founder of Pakistan's first advocacy campaign, Sweepers are Superheroes. In recognition of providing a new paradigm for sanitation workers, she received the prestigious Swedish Anna Lindh Prize in 2020 and the Human Rights Prize of the French Republic in 2021. She was recently nominated for U.S. State Department’s Alumni Impact Award 2022.

Over the years, her work has been highlighted in several International and National media outlets, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, AFP, Al-Jazeera, DW, La Vanguardia, Aktuellt I Politiken, BBC Urdu, Independent Urdu, Urdu News, World Watch Monitor, Herald, and The News among many others. She was also included in HOT 100 for 2020 by Hello Pakistan magazine in the Torchbearers category with other esteemed names like Malala Yousafzai and Mahira Khan

Marry Gill

He is currently the Executive Director of the Civic Action Resources and a communication and development expert providing services to IFIs and leading national and international development organizations through both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including survey, case study, participant observation, interviews, focus group discussion, stakeholder analysis, and problem and situation analysis. He has carried out a number social surveys, evaluations and assessments.

He combines strong academic training in both Pakistan and abroad with rich and varied experience in development communication. He has held responsible positions and undertaken highly challenging communication assignments with leading development agencies. His communication‐related professional commitments have taken him to several countries and involved collaboration with reputable foreign organisations. In the course of his career in the field, he has also been bestowed with prestigious awards in recognition of the contribution rendered.

He has worked extensively with USAID and his organisation has wide experience of designing and managing campaigns.

Dr. Farhan Navid Yousaf is working as a Professor of Sociology & Director, Centre for Peace and Security Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has almost 20 years academic and professional experience in social development. He holds a PhD degree in Sociology from USA on Fulbright fellowship. His research interests, among others, include gender, human rights, human security, trafficking in persons, migration, and public policy. Prior to joining academics, he had served the Department of Social Welfare and Women Development, Government of the Punjab, for about six years in various capacities related to planning and development and received a Letter of Appreciation for his extraordinary service.
